To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間小店做嘅四川小面好惹味，食得出係傳統嘅味道，餐廳都好有重慶小店嘅風格😇🌟 瘋狂大排面套餐 ($103)大排面叫左紅湯加辣~ 有幾舊大排骨同佐料蔥花，食落香濃邪惡，口感豐富👍🏻🌟 成都老冰粉 (凍)食完一餐又辣又濃嘅野，緊係要食碗冰粉過下冷河! 冰粉食落甜甜地好解辣😋🌟 鐘水餃 (＋$32)個樣同味道其實就似紅油抄手，酸酸甜甜辣辣地，好開胃😆🌟 酸辣粉套餐 ($93)佢既湯底辣味同酸味都啱啱好🫶🏻，如果唔係好食得辣都可以揀bb辣既😙而且入面有唔少既肉碎同花生💯薯粉方面都唔會煮到好淋，夠晒煙韌👍🏻而且有唔同配料選擇，我就加左隻煎蛋，配埋酸辣粉一齊食真係一流！😍🌟 棒棒雞 (＋$32)類似口水雞🤤而肉質都唔會好嚡👍🏻而個醬汁都好香，唔會話好辣😍整體尼講都唔錯。😋
