To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

藝術界盛事Art Basel Hong Kong 2016即將舉行,最近《香港JW萬豪酒店》亦以藝術為題,推出期間限定的「Taste the Art」晚餐,精緻的菜式均以視覺、聽覺、味覺、嗅覺及觸覺呈現,讓KsMeow感到濃厚的藝術氣息。份量十足的海鮮頭盤「Rock Pool Portrait」包括蟶子、象拔蚌、鮑魚、赤貝及生蠔,當侍應把開水倒在底層冰塊時,瀑布流動聲音隨之傳來,仿如置身海洋般微妙。以帶果味雪葩點綴著的生蠔更顯蠔鮮,蟶子肉質爽鮮,赤貝爽甜,厚身鮑魚以微甜醬汁醃製,更感特別!主菜「Palette Board」設魚及牛牛選擇,KsMeow選了前者。放在調色版上的厚厚紐西蘭三文魚扒魚皮香脆,魚肉超嫩;另附兩枝顏料造型的蕃茄醬及香草醬,讓我回想起讀書時上美術課的一幕幕情景,甘香的炸牛筋蘸上醬料同吃,倍感惹味。此時,一股讓人放鬆又感浪漫的香氣撲鼻而來!原來,調酒師為我們送上以薰衣草及檸檬為主調的雞尾酒「Gin Lavender Sour」清新味道正好為緊接出場的甜品,來一個調和空間。「Pop Art Lips」是餅廚Roger與他的團隊向藝術家Andy Warhol致敬的作品,廚
