To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前陣子跟家人到海洋公園兩日一夜豪華露營,晚上被安排到這家餐廳吃晚餐。可能是主題樂園的餐廳,我原本對它並沒有太大期望,沒想到這家餐廳的食物挺有水準,帶給我不少驚喜。晚餐 x 爐炭燒頭盤 - 泰式傳統雞肉沙嗲、炭燒豬烤肉、泰式新豬肉春卷及泰式蝦餅雞肉沙嗲串、豬頸肉、春卷和蝦餅,都是典型泰式小吃的配搭,一道小食拼盤,嘗試多種口感,一次性滿足你對泰菜的需求。烤吞拿魚扒配泰式青木瓜沙律肥美厚切的吞拿魚紋理清晰可見,魚肉新鮮緊實。青木瓜爽口清新,多重口感在唇齒間瞬間進發,為這頓晚飯增添一抹小清新。爐炭燒海鮮酸辣湯舀起一勺,紅紅的濃湯裡,都是滿滿的海鮮材料。吸收了湯汁的海鮮特別入味,還帶點彈牙的口感,真材實料,湯底鮮而帶點酸辣,酸酸辣辣,特別開胃,喝上一碗就會上癮。馬沙文咖喱燴西班牙豬臉肉一上桌還冒着熱氣,能聞到空氣中飄來的咖喱香味,食慾都被勾出來了。豬臉肉滑嫩可口,一抿即化,薯仔燜至入味,咖喱香味在味蕾邊縈繞跳躍。主菜 - 炭燒美國西冷這道臻厚牛小排太適合不愛切牛排的人吃了,煎至半熟的西冷牛排直接切好擺盤上桌,肉肉透露着粉嫩的牛肉肌理,肉質軟滑而不散。牛排還配了烤時蔬,葷素搭配均衡,又是圓滿的一頓
