To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 從前每逢來海洋公園,都係玩一整日,再食午餐或晚餐既。最近得知原來海洋公園內嘅「爐炭燒」推出左其他客人亦可直接係園區內食晚餐既安排,簡單黎講去到海洋公園既大門後,到指定櫃位查詢,就會有專人帶到用餐既餐廳,而「爐炭燒」正好係大門旁邊,很方便。對呢個體驗充滿期望,目測其他客人都係以園區客人為主,有種與別不同既感覺。餐廳既裝潢以木色調子為主,有種隨興輕鬆嘅感覺,無論三五知己,或是一家大細,都相當合適。夏日炎炎,先來冰凍既飲料,所點嘅都相當值得打卡,金光閃閃嘅菠蘿內,係無酒精雞尾酒(mocktail)紅莓汁、菠蘿汁、梳打及雪碧,甜甜的,又真係幾好飲,解渴! 吃泰國菜當然要飲「爐炭燒大蝦酸辣湯」開開胃,相當足料,有原隻大蝦,富輕微既辣香。來到主打炭燒嘅餐廳,當然要試吓炭燒類嘅美食,推薦「炭燒東龍鯛配泰式汁」、「三文魚扒」,上菜時已經聞到好香嘅炭燒味,兩者都烤得火喉剛好,前者魚肉雪白嫰滑而不腥;後者更令人留下好印象,以往吃既三文魚皆較為難控制火喉,呢個又真係有驚喜!麵食方面點咗「泰式大蝦炒金邊粉」,金邊粉炒得夠乾身,亦夠鑊氣,條條分明,分量亦相當足夠。甜品係椰汁千層糕、芒果西米千層糕、香芒糯米飯,甜品碟上擺有「Ginger Grill」既小牌子,可愛。三者中較為喜歡椰汁千層糕,有輕巧既椰香味道,作為一個美好既完結!

環境非常舒適,好乾淨坐得好舒服食物質素非常好份量ok,但白飯就少左D,得半碗,唔好諗社會畢到有一坐山或滿碗,如果男人點要點2碗先夠炭燒豬頸肉$128燒得唔差,呢個每次入OP都會叫白飯$20因為有小朋友,所以會叫串燒肉加碗飯比小朋友泰國船粉$138 (可選金邊粉或河粉)呢個老公話好食,又係十次有8次都會叫佢雜薯拼盤$108呢個應該係新野嚟,之前唔覺有,都係諗住試下炸得唔錯,唔會淋,好脆口,芝士醬整得幾好,芝士味濃仲有D脆嘅碎煙肉,佢係有3款唔同嘅薯,係哈迪斯,M記同KFC嘅組合😂薯圈薯條同薯格,當然爐炭燒好食好多啦,佢嘅薯條唔係M記果款嘅幼薯條嚟,份量都多,都值得叫嚟食嘅全年票有85折再用埋30蚊卷$338埋單,抵食

就快又到萬聖節,相信大家都同意海洋公園的萬聖節活動是最貼題同好玩,真係夠癲同嚇餐死,但又令人欲罷不能。早前生日入過去一次(因為免費嘛),見已經初具規模。近日同朋友再走了一轉,有部分大型場景已佈置好。在園中已經有“黑白無常”在園中穿梭往來,跟園遊客互動。又有小型攤位遊戲,送上貼紙、糖果及園中優惠券,而幾大場景區亦已經蠢蠢欲動,氣氛滿滿。晚上就選來了Ginger Grill食泰國菜。說到底,餐廳價格以主題公園而言是合理的。餐前先來一杯甜美芳香的“翻天覆地”,賣相又幾攪鬼。其實泰式沙律真係好啱心意,尤其是加入了新鮮柚子肉,令口感不會太乾身,這個泰式柚子沙律($108)仲要加上了車厘茄,不錯。泰國菜當然有串燒,雞與豬各三串($138),烤得啱啱好,邊位沒太多焦香,肉質亦不覺乾及嚡口,沙嗲醬亦顧及大眾口味,沒有辣度,但個人覺得有少少辣會更加刺激味蕾。至於香煎三文魚扒($248)真係好大塊,而且明刀明槍,毫無花巧,兩邊煎至微微焦香,但中間肉質呈艷麗色彩,質地粉嫩,好有slow cook的感覺。泰菜中有好多款湯都啱我,這個炭燒大蝦酸辣湯($138),有兩隻偌大的虎蝦,最欣賞是背位預先割開,並把蝦腸取出,蝦味可以滲入湯裡,講真,個湯似乎仲吸引。炭燒東龍鯛配泰式汁($248)是近日大熱菜色,原條環保海鮮烤至魚皮焦香,食之前澆上新鮮檸檬汁,配以羅望子汁及薄荷汁,滋味滿分。單尾是泰式大蝦炒金邊粉($208),放上兩隻大虎蝦,更加霸氣,粉條炒得均勻,好有泰式風味。壓軸的甜品分別是椰汁千層糕($68)、芒果西米千層糕($68)以及香芒糯米飯($98)。前兩者口感Q彈,甜度比預期中輕盈,真的不錯。 其實餐廳又不算貴,六點後入場仲有免費泊車,如果係市區,等位都有排,一陣想偷雞泊,隨時食牛肉乾,仲得不償失,就算搭地鐵入去,係金鐘都係一個站,仲快過出旺角

一家太細去海洋公園, 諗住食餐好既再去玩。入黎食野就預左貴,但無諗過質素同價錢唔成正比!三文魚腥既, 燒雞無味肉又un, 菠蘿炒飯太濕,食落d米係cheap 野.炸蝦餅仲勁,翻叮的, 炸皮都咬唔開…小朋友全部都咬唔到。咁standard 既炸物都處理得咁差…真係有d 過份.唯一好d 既係醬汁, 三文魚既介辣汁同豬頸肉既汁都唔錯!最離譜係跟餐加左個白飯… 所有餸都上哂但白飯都唔黎! 要追兩次先有…我肯比錢但你都要比返d 質素我架…埋單$1133
