To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間野顧名思義就係牛角個friend啦,如果想食燒肉唔想自己燒,自己一個食又怕尷尬,就可以搵佢喇~​.​每個定食都會跟一碟前菜,酸酸地幾開胃,仲包飲品或味增湯,飲品方面有各式汽水同茶選擇,上菜嘅時候會先用一個膠蓋冚住,放到你面前先拎走,如果唔夠燒肉汁嘅話,可以出去佢哋個自助吧自己拎,牛角飯迷嘅你加幾多牛角秘製燒肉汁都得啊~🤣.​🐷豚肉丼定食($78)​呢個睇落冇餐牌上面嘅肉咁多有啲失望,但食完唔會唔夠飽,豬肉方面覺得有少少韌,都算有豬嘅油香,燒肉好快會凍哂,所以建議快啲食。​好食程度:🌕🌕🌕🌖🌑.​🐮燒鹽麴牛舌定食($68)​呢個係冇溫泉蛋嘅,但係食牛角飯,點可以冇溫泉蛋,所以就加咗$12加🥚,濃郁嘅蛋香撈埋紫菜、飯同佢哋嘅秘製醬汁超正~ 講返佢個牛舌,切得好薄,有濃郁嘅牛香,燒得啱啱好,唔會韌,仲可以見到啱啱好medium嘅粉紅色。​好食程度:🌕🌕🌕🌕🌘.​📍牛角次男坊​荃灣廣埸112B - 113號舖​東涌東薈城名店倉7樓706號舖​
