近排去得最多一定係最唔就我腳嘅九龍城,到底個土瓜灣站幾時完工今次相約朋友去探訪雷公子,選這店是友人食過好食再推介一坐下侍應先放下靚湯,湯夠熱~而味道係紅蘿蔔、粟米跟馬蹄的清潤湯水,前菜仲有蕎頭跟花生因為叫了好多惹味餸菜,所以啤啤佢,好鍾意餐廳用戰鬥碗果種視覺上痛快暢飲感覺,其實佢之前個靚湯都用上雞公碗及匙羹,近年又興起懷舊風吧<秘製燒豬肋骨> $198 肋骨燒到兩邊金黃微焦,面頭仲有芝麻,肉質實在但又夠哂Juicy,而佢個秘製燒醬汁都好好惹味<籠仔荷葉蒸北寄貝> $168原隻北寄貝去蒸,食落鮮甜味更重,而且仲有荷葉香,每隻都好大隻飽滿<海鹽手插蝦> $198蝦被錫紙包住,一拆開香氣撲鼻,蝦殼都沾滿海鹽,賣相跟味道有啲似古法鹽焗,蝦好新鮮夠爽口,一串一串咁食好方便<古法客家碌鴨> $138/半隻呢個煲真係不得了,鴨身沾滿濃濃的醬汁,咬下就知炆得剛好,夠哂入味之餘,仲食到實肉與軟腍之間<立體3D芥蘭> $128芥蘭葉有輕微走油,所以好脆口,上面係用醬汁炒過嘅肉碎,鹹香味比較重,所以可用附帶嘅生菜一起食
