To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

【高質魚蛋牛魔王粉麵】食過第二間分店，今次食發現餐牌係有啲唔同，但都大同小異～呢間嘅特色係穩打穩扎大大碗又性價比超高，女仔真係可能食唔晒一碗😆😆😆今次試左牛雜撈麵，牛三寶湯河，淨叫雙丸同紫菜湯😍😍其實叫得太多，兩個人差啲食唔晒，但係$150有交易，真心抵！牛雜有驚喜，肉質口感一流；牛三寶同以前食過一樣水準都幾高；反而要提雙丸，魚蛋係百份百魚肉日日新鮮打出嚟嘅，牛丸超彈牙多汁，絕對必試！紫菜湯好飲又多紫菜，都係CP 值之選👍🏻
