蟹皇醬吉列龍躉塊 (套餐)

吉列魚塊吃得多,但今次蘸的不是沙律醬,而是惹味的蟹皇醬。吃時得貪心地淋上多一些醬汁,加上了鹹香鮮味,平時怕熱氣的我都幹掉了一整塊。

香檳汁大概有用香檳來煮吧,不過吃起來沒有酒味,應該都已揮發掉。白汁很香,加上蟹粉的甘香,熱辣辣,我又要破戒晚上吃飯了。

螃蟹寒涼,吃完蟹要喝薑茶,這裡用薑茶煮了湯丸,變成一道美味的甜品,好滿足!

桂花炒蟹粉 (另叫,$298)

席上有位識飲識食的朋友,他建議多點一些招牌菜開心share,於是我們就叫了這道炒蟹粉,一端上桌,已經是濃郁的雞蛋香,雖有芽菜,但師傅功力夠,整碟蟹粉都很乾身,味道鮮香,佐飯一流。

柚子脆麻花 (另叫,$58)

來龍苑吃甜品,必點脆麻花,輕身鬆脆,沒有油膩感,淋上柚子蜜吃,清新甜美。
