To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次去九龍灣工業大廈，呢間裝修有種日系懷舊風，用上唔少木質傢俬做出溫暖效果。牆身貼滿海報，又有遊戲機，飛鏢機同桌球玩。💡石燒牛套餐 (秘製蔥醬薄切牛舌＆厚切牛舌) 加配套餐 (湯、沙律、飯＆可樂） $163味增蜆湯清甜，柚子味沙律夠開胃，牛舌一薄一厚，兩種口感都一次過享受。薄燒牛舌一燒就食得，嫩滑又夠牛味，厚切就比較有嚼勁。仲有貼心地有啲蔬菜，吸下油解下膩。仲有玫瑰鹽、柚子醬同燒肉汁，令牛舌更升華。💡壽喜燒鍋套餐 (北海道千歲豚肉鍋) $108壽喜燒汁甜甜地，仲有唔少配料，份量好多，有長蟹柳、菜同菇等，薄豚肉有少少油脂，食落唔會嚡口。如果撞正Happy Hour去，可以以$128叫毛豆，就可以任飲啤酒🍻，不妨去enjoy個happy friday！
