「黔」通常都只係喺成語「黔驢技窮」見過,「黔」字其實係貴州嘅意思。特別之處係以鼠尾草作香料,聞上去會有種獨特嘅味道。而米線都比一般見到嘅粗身好多,滑溜又有韌勁。💡辣子雞粉 $56 + 芒果沙冰 $15湯底冇味道,以豬骨熬製,簡單天然。辣子雞都係貴州出味菜式,浸湯食就係香港真係比較少見,不過因為用油炸過,唔會因浸湯冇味。芒果冰沙好大杯,俾朋友笑我凍冰冰都仲飲冰沙哈哈。💡鮑汁豬軟骨粉 $60 + 凍檸茶 $10豬軟骨好厚肉,炆到好軟嫩,鮑汁好入味,濃味到食軟骨位都唔會無味。叫咗小辣湯底,但鮑汁冇俾湯底搶走。💡麻辣魷魚 $50呢個真心大驚喜,上碟就知煮得幾有心機,魷好快縮水。而呢個狀態係最彈牙同有味,配埋底下有調味過嘅辣汁,仲專登整稠身少少💡手打牛肉丸 $75手打牛肉丸又真係幾勁,一咬落好彈牙,牛騷味又冇乜,唔知有冇人同我一樣唔鍾意平時牛丸個隻騷味呢?
