秋田刺身專門店原來在鐵板燒下一層,餐廳有不少射燈,氣氛不錯。前菜有水雲醋物、蟹膏豆腐、汁煮黑梅貝,水雲夠酸又凍,好開胃;蟹膏豆腐有好濃的蟹味,上面有海膽及爽口的地膚子。左邊是赤貝,帶些紫蘇花香;右邊是右口魚綑海膽,上面有三文魚籽,一咬便食到海膽鮮甜味。燒過的鱈魚白子放上辣椒蘿蔔蓉及加了柚子酸汁,白子好綿,味道幾肥美。油甘魚腩芥末漬物,油甘魚厚切好肥美,芥末莖鹹鹹地味道幾出;地金目鯛燒過有燒香味道。蟹肉蒸蛋,入面有塊好大塊的右口魚邊有魚油香、另外有好多菇片。大筋拖羅經師傅切斷筋部,入口即溶,好豐富的魚油香,加上紫蘇葉及蒜片,作為第一件壽司都不怕肥膩。食完之後師傅會提供柚子蘿蔔清一清味蕾。雪長蟹及蟹膏,蟹肉不夠爽但好鮮甜。掃上豉油的伊左目。燒過的右口魚邊上面加了蔥粒,魚肉入口即化成香味,油脂香濃。秋刀魚壽司上有薑蓉蔥花,薑味突出,但秋刀魚勝在夠濃味。不會被搶過。腦天壽司,灸燒後已經聞到好香。三文魚籽海膽飯,加上淡雪鹽及紫蘇花,色彩鮮艷。馬糞海膽甜,三文魚籽味濃。燒泰刀魚皮脆,魚較綿,完全無骨,加青檸汁更清新由多種魚熬製而成的湯烏冬,無比鮮甜,奶白色的湯成碗飲完也覺得不夠。最後加個高知縣蜜瓜
