To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 接住就係全個餐阿叔最鍾意嘅蟹黃瑤柱姬菇蒸蛋同大閘蟹粉義大利麵,前者蒸蛋中加入蟹黃醬、乾貝同姬菇,口感嫩滑,食到濃濃嘅蟹黃味,加碗白飯就啱晒;後者喺餐廳自家製嘅手工義大利麵上加上同樣味道濃郁嘅蟹粉醬,意粉夠彈牙、有咬口,如果有更加多醬就好喇!


🐟Pan-Seared Red Seabream Fillet
🐖Iberico Pork Loin
主菜方面,可揀鯛魚或者豬柳肉。鯛魚煎到外脆內軟,豬柳就肉質夠嫩。為保留原有魚同豬肉嘅鮮味,雖然同樣地兩款菜式都加上大閘蟹醬調味,不過蟹醬嘅味道比起蒸蛋同意粉就淡番少少,

🥃Oriental Botanical Digestif - Roselle
有別於一般中式蟹宴以薑茶結尾,今次餐廳特別以薑汁蕃薯糖水整成嘅啫喱,配埋蕃薯麻糬同雲呢拿雪糕代替,再飲埋杯以洛神花、紅棗、當歸等成份釀造而成嘅Roselle幫你驅寒暖胃。建議將少少酒加入甜品撈埋一齊食,味道會更出色,大家一定要試!
