To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🌗招牌砂煲老鼠粉 $88平時食開嘅銀針粉都係白雪雪淡而無味，呢度嘅老鼠粉單睇外表已經知道佢味道十足，甚至可以推介俾重口味人仕！砂煲老鼠粉材料豐富，肉眼所見已經見到有蝦米仔、魚乾仔、肉碎、乾蔥等，拌勻後嘅老鼠粉口感豐富，蝦米同魚乾仔比較硬嘅口感同老鼠粉嘅軟滑有較大對比，而且煲底焦脆嘅老鼠粉唔會黐牙，連平時唔鍾情飯焦嘅我都大有好感。🌖椰汁班蘭冰午市套餐+$18椰汁味香濃，味道唔會太甜；底下切碎成粒狀嘅珍多，口感有別於一般嘅珍多冰，值得一試。🌖榴槤芝士蛋糕 $49蛋糕又淡淡嘅榴槤同芝士味，兩者味道調和得幾好，誰也不搶誰。食落質感香滑，唔會太膩，食完老鼠粉都可以輕鬆完成到一件，面頭嘅榴槤蓉份量都唔少，比IKEA榴槤雪糕嘅一球榴槤蓉份量更多，算係物有所值。
