要數沙田最馳名的食物,除了雞粥外,想必就是乳鴿,早前和媽媽來到有83年歷史,老字號的花園酒家 - 龍華酒店品嚐美食。 菜館的裝修佈置懷舊,古式園林,平台花園,還有動物園,感覺非常特別。 餐牌內還放了菜館資料及歷史介紹。  最後我們各自點了皇牌脆皮燒乳鴿 ,還有兩款菜式。 龍華脆皮燒乳鴿 - 皇牌幾乎是每枱客人必食的菜式,乳鴿漲卜卜,感覺挺大隻,而乳鴿外皮微脆,不油膩,內層肉質巨嫩滑,肉汁非常豐富,滷水味調得剛好,不會過鹹過濃,難怪是菜館皇牌。 鄉村風味炸大腸 - 皇牌 (推介)炸大腸口感酥脆不柴,內層一層薄薄的脂肪,所以味道份外甘香,一點都不油膩,吃時蘸上甜酸醬, 味道會更好,很有兒時回憶。 特式干炒牛河這個干炒牛河聽說是李小龍最喜愛的菜式,說實,牛河的口感挺豐富,內有爽甜的洋蔥,還有韮黃及牛肉,最特別的是內裏放了薑絲,河粉爽滑入味,吃時加點辣椒醬,味道即時提升,感覺非常神奇,若果牛肉份量加多一點會更好。
