最喜歡喝中式湯,今晚有「花膠圓肉燉老雞」,每碗都有一塊大花膠,足料,味道好。

我喜歡的還有煎鵝乾,即叫即煎,保證熱辣脆口。每位客人都奉送一串和牛龍蝦,加了木魚片,更添香氣。

甜品的話,有兩大重點。第一當然是文章標題的日本糯米糍雪糕,這晚有抹茶和紅豆味,兩款都超級喜歡!味道濃郁,而且還有粒粒煙靭糯米糍,果然名不虛傳呢!

另一重點就是芒果拿破崙了,酥脆無比,這可是餐廳的名物,必須趁廚師拿出來時立即入貨,否則就會被秒間掃清,後悔莫及!
