看見有位印裔師傅在燒羊肉串,胖胖的、笑容滿臉,好可愛,就幫襯一下!只見他將羊肉平均地包在鐵枝上,然後放到圓桶形的火爐裡烤五分鐘,之後就可以吃了。我本身不吃羊,覺得這個羶味頗重,不過肉質還是相當軟嫰,愛羊者不妨一試。

最後當然是水果和甜品,這裡有不少蛋糕選擇,不過我還是最愛雪糕。每次來Holiday Inn,這裡的雪糕選擇都不會令我失望,上次是日本糯米糍雪糕,今次是最新推出的花果系列雪糕,不用擔心花味就會藥水味,因為雪糕加入了水果,所以味道還是很天然,就像我吃的Lavener and Blueberry,就吃到粒粒藍莓,好清新的感覺。
