To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一端上桌,一股香噴噴的咖喱香氣撲面而來,牛筋腩炖得超級軟爛入味不會塞牙,送進口中,輕輕一抿,便立刻溶化掉。滑軟的牛筋腩配著吸滿香濃咖喱汁的薯仔真是太香了!


剛炸起的印度薄餅,十分鬆脆,撕開時,薄餅酥脆掉渣,澆上些咖哩,再放進口中,咖喱的標配果然是薄餅呀!


另外,還點了三款中式點心。

就是衝著這個金魚餃來的,蝦餃是金魚的造型,圓滾滾亮晶晶的,十分可愛,栩栩如生的外形讓人不忍下手,咬開能吃到整顆的蝦仁,Q嫩彈牙。

蘿蔔酥可是我至愛的點心,外皮酥脆鬆軟,內裡的蘿蔔絲清甜,感覺連著吃幾個都不會覺得膩。

白嫩的腸粉看起來吹彈可破,晶瑩剔透,而且順滑,粉皮不會過厚,加上一點梅菜和叉燒的鹹香,美味升級。
