To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 再訪呢間位於金鐘半山嘅西餐廳,雖然佢位置唔太方便,但上次嚟食過佢哋嘅限定下午茶感覺好好,加上餐廳環境優雅,最啱就係相約三五好友嚟食飯吹水!🍴Tasting Menu ($728) 一個有齊2款前菜、2款主食同甜品共5道意、日fusion菜式嘅tasting menu,啱晒唔想用腦又想試晒呢度招牌菜嘅阿叔。🍴Jasmine Tea Smoked Sea Scallop北海道帶子以茉莉花茶葉煙燻至入味,建議食嘅時候可配埋側邊嘅青豆醬或者柚子蜜糖蛋黃醬,味道層次會更豐富。🐖Jamon de Bellota Croquette風乾咗52個月嘅伊比利亞火腿配上焦糖啤梨,鹹、甜滋味一次過品嚐。🦞Maine Lobster Tagliolini用上有龍蝦天堂之稱嘅美國緬因州龍蝦,肉質唔單止爽口彈牙,配埋意大利蛋麵同埋以蝦頭、蝦殼等材料煮成嘅龍蝦汁一齊食,簡直想一食再食,絕對係呢度必叫嘅菜式之一。🐟Pan-Seared French Seabass / 🐂USDA Prime Rib Eye另一款主食可揀法國鱸魚或者美國肉眼,前者口感嫩滑,配上日式蟹肉香菇高湯,味道更鮮甜;後者用上極佳級嘅肉眼扒,油脂

另一款主食可揀法國鱸魚或者美國肉眼,前者口感嫩滑,配上日式蟹肉香菇高湯,味道更鮮甜;後者用上極佳級嘅肉眼扒,油脂唔算多,不過肉味濃郁。另外,值得一讚呢道菜嘅配菜,一片片嘅千層薯仔外脆內軟,真心好好食。


🍮Citrus Custard Caramel
晚餐以焦糖布丁配柚子奶酪作結尾,比起一般布丁口感結實,味道再甜啲啲。
