2件一口size嘅蟹肉牛油果撻,鹹鮮十足,配上味道較酸嘅白酒,作為晚宴開始嘅前菜跟大家開開胃就最好不過。

🐟Scarlett’s Quenelle De Brochet, Sliced Button Mushroom
🍷Domaine Jean-Charles Fagot Rully Blanc, Chardonnay
其中一款主菜,先將蘑菇同魚肉打碎,之後再磨成蓉,面頭再淋上龍蝦湯汁。菜式賣相唔單止精緻,味道仲好濃郁添!食得海鮮,當然又要配襯番白酒啦,同樣都係Chardonnay,不過個人認為呢杯酸度較第一杯低,更易入口。

牛頰肉兩大件,口感軟腍,牛味濃郁,配上嚟自法國GSM、果香味十足嘅紅酒,絕對係perfect match!

🥧Chocolate Souffle, Vanilla Ice Cream
🥂Champagne Rose, Jean Milan
嚟到晚宴尾聲,主廚為大家帶嚟梳芙厘做甜品,味道濃郁嘅朱古力梳芙厘,口感鬆軟輕盈,配埋雲呢拿雪糕同香檳,實屬女士們嘅至愛。

☝🏽總結,阿叔都係第一次食法式wine pairing 晚宴,唔好睇5道菜好似好少咁,但查實飲埋酒係相當飽肚😆,加上一晚飲盡白、紅酒同香檳,酒量唔太好嘅阿叔都飲到high high🫣。自問鍾意食法菜、平時又鍾意飲番一、兩杯,咁就真係快啲留意定佢哋7月做咩主題喇!🤭🤭🤭
