To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 太耐無得去台灣，所以久唔久都會黎食呢間台式便當。因為好高質，又好有台灣🇹🇼味道，坐得舒服，價錢亦唔貴，cp值高。台灣鹽酥雞便當($59)佢啲野都係新鮮炸起，好香好脆，食落都唔會覺得好油膩🤤。鐘意呢間係佢既配菜都夠多🤣，有粉絲、蛋、粟米等等。最重要係菜唔會無味😎！好多便當既配菜都係白烚所以無味，但呢間啲配菜都唔錯。普通人食可能覺得偏鹹，但我食開重口味所以撈埋成個飯食就啱啱好🖖🏻。加配既紅茶同烏龍茶都飲過，幾香茶味👍🏻。但南投桂花烏龍(樽裝茶包)就普通，無乜桂花味所以個人覺得唔洗特登加錢去飲😂。成間便當都好高質，全部都即刻整。食過幾次質素都保持到，值得一讚！中途都好多外賣單，唔想等位都可以叫網上外賣平台食。
