最近啱啱完成咗一個大project,所以專登放咗工之後自己一個人去一間餐廳放鬆一下。餐廳本身之前同同事一齊嚟過飲嘢傾偈,覺得幾唔錯。今次自己一個係專門享受佢哋嘅食物餐廳嘅食物款式唔算特別多,但係全部都好有心思,上次我聽店員介紹咗幾款都覺得真係用咗好多心機步驟先會諗得到嗰啲款式我今次試咗啲新嘢 首先係個tuna tartare佢個脆片就已經有兩款,白色嘅係米紙;黑色嘅係海苔。唔好以為佢好Hea咁淨係拎咗兩款唔同嘅脆紙,侍應介紹嘅時候佢講嘅步驟真係聽到我頭都暈埋,但係食落口就會覺得好夾,唔會覺得佢哋嘅功夫係白費或者多餘嘅。吞拿魚切粒加咗日本嘅蛋黃醬同埋另外一種醬撈均(好明顯我係聽書聽唔晒)底部仲加港式嘅辣椒油米紙好脆,吞拿魚都好新鮮。調咗味嘅吞拿魚同平時嘅刺身吞拿魚感覺好唔同。雖然佢嘅調味會比較重,但係其實好惹味,而且好夾,牛油果醬好細膩,整體層次好豐富。食完前菜就到主菜,我揀咗個黃油雞。職員話雞肉係拆骨之後加咗牛油煎,所以食落會有少少脆皮. 然後中間有蔬菜同埋芝士.職員解釋咗點解中間嗰醬食落會有少少空氣感,但係我唔記得咗😌黃油雞之前食過,一直都覺得黃油雞本身都好好食,但餐廳再將佢拆埋骨嗰

黃油雞之前食過,一直都覺得黃油雞本身都好好食,但餐廳再將佢拆埋骨嗰吓,個service簡直正到爆。食落去嘅時候無骨脆皮,啖啖肉,而且再加埋上面嘅芝士,隔離仲有啲麵包粒,麵包粒佢好脆口又唔會硬,用條脷一壓就已經散晒,層次好豐富。四件雞真係食到舔舔脷。

嘢飲方面我本身係跟Menu叫咗有椰青成份嘅飲品,但店員好似話嗰款飲品今日冇,轉咗另一個special俾我哋。而家倒數呢一杯上面係泰茶,下面係椰青水椰奶加少少鹽

泰茶上面嘅泡沫好唔錯,而且茶嘅味道都好出。配搭嘅椰青水椰奶,估唔到同泰茶會match到。

整體嚟講嘅係呢一間fusion菜真係質素好令人驚喜。佢唔係求求其其亂咁將啲菜式搞埋一齊又食得落口就算,而係真係有對味道追求過,非常好食。
