To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

當晚兩個人叫滷水鵝，韮菜🐖紅，呢兩個餸都係得個咸字，無味道，鵝肉又差又靱，諗著打冷食物差，小炒得卦，叫多個避風塘小炒，碟餸來到包你即時丫大個口，呢碟乜野黎架？首先用炸米粉墊底，面頭有西芹、肉絲、紅籮白絲，紅椒絲，蝦米、4－5粒腰果，所有配料都係煮出來，又唔係炒，面頭還有少許汁，又完全🈚️味，我都吾知呢個係乜餸，我真係見識少，未食過小炒會係咁
