呢間打冷由細細個就幫襯多大,以前既餸都做得好出色,但係近年來水準開始下降,自己一家人都比較少幫襯啦,上星期食嘅時候仲覺得鵝片少豆腐多咁樣有啲唔係太抵,其他菜式都冇乜特別,豪餅既麵粉佔得好多,希望仲可以提高返個水準吸引返客人嚟幫襯啦

三記係慈雲山開左好多年,以前同來開都會順道去三記一試,呢到啲嘢好好食,抵食夾大件,今日去咗慈雲山搵食,所以再返來回味下,6點幾來到已經有人等, 2個人入去要8點交枱,同朋友兩個人叫左:-(1) 炸蠔餅($68)炸蠔餅係新鮮炸起的,蠔餅炸得香脆可口,香而不油,上檯時鐵板都仲“jar jar"聲,邊位脆卜卜, 中間則有薯粉的煙韌,蠔仔新鮮大隻,忍不住吃完一塊又一塊,配上魚露能夠提升鮮味。(2) 鹵水雙拼 – 墨魚、豬耳($60)墨魚一啲都唔硬,好爽口彈牙,完全無煙韌,加醋一齊食,味道就更加清新。豬耳夠晒淋同入味,兩樣最爽脆既野,仲要勁索汁。(3) 白飯 ($10)叫有啖飯落肚。(4) 鹽水雞腳 ($40)實情係沙薑雞腳,外賣左一份返屋企當消夜,雞腳軟硬適中,夠曬入味又爽口,再蘸沙薑醬,沙薑非常惹味,味道剛好。成餐人頭都洗一百蚊就飽住走。

要數缺點的話  這裡唯一的缺點就是太多街訪太多食客 好多時一坐下一定要先叫必食的鵝腸, 鵝肉等等 因為好快就會售罄 菜都係 就好似當晚 我地大約7點半-8點落完單 8點3已經無哂西洋菜同鵝腸 所以  手快有手慢無呀!

太耐冇食三記 口痕痕又貢去食下滷水雙拼-滷水豆腐+豬耳滷水蛋佢d滷水好入味d豆腐好滑 豆腐都好香 滷水味唔會come過哂豆腐香味 豬耳爽口金銀蛋時菜嗰日得白菜仔 冇乜特別 普通純粹為食菜而嗌😂😂😂漁香茄子煲偏咸左少少😳但用黎撈飯一流菜甫煎蛋去親三記一定嗌 但覺得比以前差左d以前佢會煎得燶邊d脆口d 好食d而家成塊都冇乜脆邊既感覺但因為佢夠厚 個蛋中間有 juicy既感覺 唔會似d乾爭爭既煎蛋 係另一番既滋味黎既但個人都係喜歡燶邊多d😂
