To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

約左一大班同事收工一起打冷,平日舖頭唔算多客。間舖分左兩邊,因為我地有成大班人,老闆好好人,比左樓上位我地,方便傾計。必食推介:蠔餅:蠔餅大粒又鮮味,粉漿夠脆又唔厚。椒鹽鮮魷:調味適中,粉漿夠薄,又大碟,必叫!脆皮乳鴿:外皮香脆,肉質鮮嫩。我地預一人半隻都唔多夠食。椒鹽粟米:粟米香甜,配埋椒鹽,又係勁正。墨魚餅:墨魚餅好香脆,入邊仲食到粒粒墨魚,出面真係好少見Overall d 野食價廉物美,抵食夾大件😋😋今次係因為有同事細個住呢區,介紹我地食,所以先搵到。香港真係越嚟越少呢啲小店,得閒真要返嚟再食。🥺🥺🥺

未見過食店可以地面滑捋捋!行上層更恐怖😱,樓梯更滑,睇住一個女仔滑在地上。黎呢樹食飯,先要接受污糟!地面多年都係咁,可能諗住做街坊生意,街坊接受到就得,但都要安全丫,個個客著安全街黎食飯咩?

通常食打冷都係鳳凰村嗰間 有朋友話呢間都唔錯 於是今晚嚟試下三記有兩間舖 同埋有得上樓上 所以都好多位白灼鵝腸夠爽口 份量多 鵝腸夠肥 如果有埋新鮮辣椒豉油就正打冷必叫嘅鹵水鵝呢到鹵水鵝同平時食開好唔同 個汁唔會好濃鵝肉偏翻 食到本身嘅鵝肉味不過個人覺得可以切薄啲口感會好啲 椒鹽豆腐份量好多 唔會好油膩 不過椒鹽味偏少 同埋有啲炸蒜炸得太燶 搞到豆腐苦苦地薑蔥桶蠔係時價 今日食$168 有六粒大大隻蠔 都幾抵食 蠔邊有脆嘅效果 加埋薑蔥好惹味 呢個正另外仲有個臘味炒芥蘭 我覺得唔夠香鑊氣 不過臘味都俾得幾多~人均價錢250 仲有叫啤酒 我覺得都唔錯幾抵食下次可能會試下羊腩煲

今次去慈雲山呢間三記打冷,價錢實惠,蠔仔粥多料惹味,滷水拼盤,韭菜猪红,豉汁蒸魚腩,每樣也好味又唔貴,可惜好多其他打冷食物已沽清,下次必再試!整體評分:3/5抵食:4/5

慈雲山講打冷一定係三記,今晚同屋企人去食,叫左個西檸雞,幾開胃,魚香茄子煲魚香味重,好岩送飯,椒鹽九肚魚,又有蒜香味,點醬食岩岩好,三記即叫即炒,所有野食都好有風味同香口,好彩住得近,間唔中都可以落黎食,而且唔貴!
