To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 很久沒有去酒樓飲茶了,今次去了青衣城稻香酒樓叫點心飲茶,坐低第一件事,當然是沖茶,先給了我們一包茶葉,我們打開後放進水壺,我們發現了那裏有一個很有趣的裝置,就是自動煲水設備,當水完全沒有時,只要按一個加水,水面會煲水的水壺底入水,水位一直上升是大約水壺的三份二高度,然後自動煲水,非常方便新奇!我們叫了很多點心,有我必要的蝦餃、燒賣、鳳爪和排骨,還有小籠包、叉燒包、豬肚雞扎和羊肉腸粉,我們吃得很飽,一人一個大肚腩離開!😂😂
