To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 去到尖沙咀海港城原本想食牛角，點知發現隔離有牛角集團另一間高檔啲嘅火鍋店。見冇乜人等就入左去試。依到同樣九點後有優惠，指定食品有七折，但就唔可以同會員折扣一齊用。一坐低店員會比餐牌我哋，正價食品可以用iPad落單，但七折食品就要一定要叫店員幫手落單。特價食物種類唔算多，先叫了幾款，諗住唔夠食先再叫，而湯底就叫咗豆腐湯，同埋壽喜燒湯底（連一隻生雞蛋）等左大約5分鐘叫左嘅食物就黎到，每份嘅份量都唔多，但肉類都算新鮮同靚，性價比不高，試一次都夠。服務環境是挺好，食物質素感覺普通，最後兩人宵夜時段都要五百多埋單，不會有下次。
