To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日有事過沙田處理，見到有一人一鍋新shabu shabu店，一於入去試下我叫左壽喜燒250g餐，肉份量幾足（打卡都靚✨），好夠一個人食，如果同朋友黎仲可以叫吾同類既肉，share食都吾錯壽喜燒湯底個人覺得一般，吾係好提到牛肉既味，所以有啲可惜。牛肉本身係幾靚，口感吾錯，入口淋，但未去到會入口即化，百幾蚊有利個質素，算吾錯可一試😂 蔬菜盤份量正常，新鮮乾淨，正常發揮餐無跟野飲，亦無主動提供水，但同待應講係會提供👍🏻而我就叫左一杯薑味汽水，正正常常整體一人鍋黎講，價錢份量服務方面都成正比，但個人覺得壽喜燒湯底一般，下次會選擇其他款式

壽喜燒湯底個人覺得一般，
吾係好提到牛肉既味，所以有啲可惜。
牛肉本身係幾靚，口感吾錯，入口淋，但未去到會入口即化，百幾蚊有利個質素，算吾錯可一試😂
蔬菜盤份量正常，新鮮乾淨，正常發揮
