Japanese Hot Pot Food Wise Eateries

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次成功幫襯，一直都想試，但放工去到6點幾已經截咗龍，無票攞，無得食！所以今日（星期日）下午5點攞票，晚上8點有得食✌️，足足等咗3個鐘！整體肉類都好味道，但蔬菜就少少失色，南瓜、紅蘿蔔、紅心蘿蔔都好食嘅，但生菜有少少苦味，小旺菜有少少啡色紋（唔夠新鮮），而可加配嘅食物唔多，我地加買扇貝買一送一，即係$28兩隻，扇貝肉好薄，睇落似一開二。但欣賞職員主動幫客人加湯，70分鐘用餐時間，職員已經主動加湯3次，服務非常好，下次得閒又唔趕時間，可以再排😅。
