To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 甜品 (1)兩面黃 (2)芋泥燉蛋白 兩面黃味道不俗,如可以煎得再香脆一點更佳。之前聽蛋白君盛讚百樂潮州的芋泥燉蛋白,可惜是日和上次吃到的有點不一樣,只吃到薄薄的一層芋蓉,原來早前有食客覺得芋泥部份太厚,廚師特意將其份量減少,我們倒較喜歡之前的版本。
