燈籠街日式烏冬店 SOLO UDON 🍜 銅鑼灣燈籠街又有新餐廳!講緊就係呢間烏冬店 SOLO UDON,餐廳啱啱尋日先開,行銀色系cyber風好有現代感;另外點餐係自助形式入去前就要喺門口部機落埋order比錢,坐低之後喺隔離 DU一DU 個QR code 就得喇~至於座位全部係毒毒座,一個人黎都唔驚啦~ 烏冬定價OK $68-$138 (最平腐皮烏冬 $68 就有交易)最後提提你佢地碗既SIZE 同烏冬份量都係好驚人,所以要預一預返呀~📍安格斯牛肉壽喜燒烏龍麵鍋 (中) (+$30轉和牛) $138呢個鍋黎到嚇死我,明明叫中點解啲各牛同烏外冬多到好似 2 人份咁?! 店家話佢地中既份量係 250g,大份就係 400g牛肉係堆到座山仔咁!和牛牛味好濃入口超綿滑,加埋蔬菜配料吸收哂湯汁精華配埋一齊食就更滋味~📍吉列蝦蝦湯烏龍麵 (撈麵)$98用咗好多個鐘去熬製嘅蝦湯,蝦味勁濃再加埋蝦油令蝦味更加突出,佢雖然話辛,但其實辣度仲少過十小辣~烏冬唔使講夠哂彈牙,蝦湯掛喺烏冬上;吉列蝦炸衣夠薄夠脆,啖啖肉超好味~📍蛋黄天婦羅 $25呢粒炸蛋天婦羅好正!外脆內軟,入面仲係流心嘅蛋黃,呢個必叫!
