好吃到舌尖起舞嘅Solo Udon,我黎巡禮喇!雞白湯叉燒烏冬🍜,一啖入口,湯頭好淋,又夠哂喉,叉燒腍得黎又唔肥膩。跟住嚟個冷烏龍配明太子溫泉蛋,吸晒明太子嘅精華,咬落去,口感真係軟綿又煙韌,爽滑得嚟又得勁,正!叫埋春卷黎試下,明太子芝士春卷嘅口感,外脆內軟,每口都係驚喜。配料雖然簡單,但係絕對唔會偷工減料,滿足到想食餐好嘢嘅心情。而家嚟講下厚切煙肉天婦羅卡邦尼烏龍麵,哇!天婦羅嘅煙肉厚切得嚟唔失水準,對味道有要求嘅你一定要試吓!而家有種食得出嚟嘅滿足感,卡邦尼嘅醬汁夠味,天婦羅又夠脆,都算係開胃過江龍!最後,飄香嘅蒜香冷豆腐,蒜香撲鼻,辣醬唔會太辣,同滑豆腐一齊食,鮮美又惹味。無論係送飯定解膩,都係一絕嘅選擇!當然,仲有北海道粟米紫菜杯同天婦羅,特製嘅天婦羅糊保持到金黃鬆脆,加啲甜粟米,夾硬嘅是,食得出心思。Solo Udon嚟講,無論係服務定質素都算係一流,我覺得係獨個時一試無妨,下次再嚟,我要試埋其他款!🥢😋🤤 continue reading

成日都話「辛苦搵嚟自在食」,工作過後最直接慰勞自己嘅方法當然就係「食好啲」😋!即使一個人都唔一定食得差,好多獨食店原來都可以食得好高質,食得好快樂。☺️☺️☺️再嚟呢間位於登龍街嘅獨食烏冬專門店🍜,店內嘅烏冬用上北海道小麥粉製成,口感彈牙煙韌,阿叔都話正👍🏽,所以知道佢哋剛剛轉咗新menu,咁就當然要嚟支持吓啦!😉😉😉🍝厚切煙肉天婦羅卡邦尼烏龍麵 ($98) 店內唯一嘅西日料理🍴!煙肉厚切上,並以師傅特調嘅天婦羅炸漿烹調,味道唔單止惹味,仲好鬆脆,更唔會因為擺得太耐而變得腍身,啱晒我哋呢啲影相食先、影極都仲未影完嘅foodie。🙈🙈🙈菜式另一細心位係師傅為怕卡邦尼會太膩,特別加上切成絲狀嘅紫蘇葉🌱,淡淡嘅清新味唔算好濃,就算平時唔太好紫蘇葉嘅阿叔都接受到,而且味道層次仲豐富咗添!🍜醬油雞白湯烏龍麵 ($98) 雞白湯主要以三黃雞🐓同雞爪熬煮而成,為減輕過程中因熬煮雞肉時所引發出嘅酸味,師傅特別於煮湯時加入赤肉🐖,難怪湯頭可以保持住咁濃郁嘅味道。另外,餐廳用上嚟自千葉縣嘅錦爽雞🐥作配菜,經過慢煮後,肉質一樣咁幼嫩,同平時食到嚡熠熠嘅雞胸好唔同。除咗主食烏冬麵,其實呢度多款小食例如蒜香冷豆腐 ($18) 同北海道粟米紫菜杯🌽 ($38)亦值得一食。前者口感柔滑,淡淡嘅豆香搭配特調嘅辣油,兩者味道配合得剛剛好;後者以紫菜杯裝住烤過嘅北海道粟米,甜甜地又鹹鹹地,極之惹味。👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 continue reading

尋日同朋友喺時代睇戲,開場前特登喺附近搵晚餐,見到呢間餐廳外表都吸引,Menu雖然唔多款,但有我鍾意食嘅安格斯牛肉壽喜燒烏冬,所以就試下!牛肉勁唔好食,湯底唔夠濃配料係夠,亦都還好,烏冬口感亦ok但安格斯牛肉好難唔好食🥹除非d牛唔靚138一碗 失望!唔會再去! continue reading
