今日去了旺角一間新開業的日式丼飯店,點了店中推介的丼餐,裡面的材料有吞拿魚、鮦魚、吞拿魚蓉、魷魚和蝦,略略看一看,已覺得材料相當豐富,令人期待。上枱時的第一印象是丼飯的份量非常充足,讓我覺得物超所值。吞拿魚魚蓉的鮮味和鮮美的肉質適合烹調成丼飯的主材料。鮦魚則是與吞拿魚味道互相襯托,突出了其鮮味。蝦肉彈牙鮮甜,讓人愛不釋口。魚蓉的質感蓬鬆可口,與米飯相互配合,使整體味道更加豐富,令入口口感細膩。店家亦推介了三種食法,分別別原味享用、手卷,及我最愛的以加入鰹魚湯底後作湯漬飯的食法,店家的鰹魚湯底味道香濃,帶點魚獨有的香味,成功為丼飯帶來味蕾的新衝擊,值得食客試一試。
