To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日落好大雨，放工即刻去附近搵間餐廳，食晚飯就返屋企，平時同事都介紹呢間日本餐廳，話好抵食又多選擇可能我六點幾已經去到，所以唔算好多人，坐得好舒服，餐廳職員好有禮貌我揀咗個海膽帶子卷，賣相唔錯，有四件卷物，海膽同帶子都好新鮮甜美，再配上青瓜、牛油果、蟹柳，係清新嘅配搭，好適合夏天食，清清地另外叫咗個魷魚雞肉卷，份量比想像中大，價錢都只係80幾蚊，魷魚燒得香脆，配上甜甜地嘅醬汁唔錯，裏面嘅雞肉鮮嫩，呢個配搭比較少見，幾特別又好食最後叫咗個鹽燒牛舌，燒得剛剛好，加上簡單嘅鹽已經夠美味搵次同同事再一齊嚟食，可以試吓午餐時段
