To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說朝早同班朋友打完網球,之後因為大家都各自有節目,咁無奈地散band啦... 星期六中午喺旺角呢啲時候周圍都一定多人㗎,想搵一間坐得舒服又唔好多人嘅地方基本上都無咩可能,涼下冷氣經過新世紀廣場就諗起好耐無食過嘅北京樓,呢間酒樓喺我腦海入面都算係一間有質素保證嘅酒樓,咁就二話不說就入去食餐好少少啦,最主要係一個人都唔駛點等... 大家去過都知道,呢間嘢出名貴,點心雖然精緻,但價錢都好乸利,所以一個人都唔食得太多,求其放得落個肚就算數啦。睇完餐牌是但叫咗碗牛腩擔擔麵。喺呢的時間飲啖茶休息下,舒舒服服嘆茶不知幾寫意。受等咗一陣間碗麵就上枱喇~ 首先,講個份量先啦,份量就唔好太大期望,夠你飽一陣就算啦,普普通通啦一個人食都勉強既。賣相都幾吸引嘅,佢個紅燒牛肉係味道方面都無得挑剔嫁啦,牛腩嫩滑入味,只係份量少得幾舊,但喺呢間嘢食都唔好太天真啦,貴精不貴多咁啦。咁個擔擔麵個湯底都好香濃,但如果唔係好食得辣嘅人就要留意下啦,擔擔麵呢佢嘅烹煮時間剛剛好,入口煙韌爽口,由於湯底都比較濃稠,所以都有掛湯嘅情況,整體上味道都係有保證,不過一碗麵連茶水要過百蚊真係無下次啦,今次就當善待下自己啦~~~
