To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚得一支公食,悶悶地諗住食的平時冇食的。諗左好耐,諗返之前好鍾意食添好運,隔左2年冇食。一於去幫親。之前食過奧海城,今次去呢間福榮街,附近方便泊車。八點幾入去,好多人,唔少外國人添。點左叉燒包,牛肉球,呢兩個係必點。叉燒包來到,咬落去,正,好脆,入面的叉燒及汁好正。之後再點多個豬潤燒賣,第一次食,好鍾意,好多蝦配少少豬肉,又重冬菇味。好滿足,都係$67
