To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔知幾時開始我喜歡了一個人去元氣嘆壽司，靜靜的坐在迴轉Bar枱，可以看著壽司不停在眼前轉轉轉，但今次有點不同，已轉用了高速線，首先要掃瞄張單上面既QR code，在網上落單，可以慢慢揀，當然有1小時免費Wifi提供，每次只可以落6項單點，食物真係超高速送到面前，咁就唔怕壽司唔新鮮，唔知擺左幾耐（哈，不過我每次都只會即叫）。講番野食先，每次來都要食蒸蛋，果然無令我失望，一樣係咁滑，一樣咁鮮甜，黎元氣必食。
