To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

週末假期，湊巧家人全總動員出去外遊，剩下獨身一個，睡到自然醒，難得的假期，當然放鬆下心情，出街食返餐寧靜的午餐~由於不想浪費時間在選擇餐廳方面，途徑見到呢間餐廳個名都幾特別，於是就選擇在“庭軒一敘”食晏。餐廳面積雖然不大，約莫40個座位，裝飾與一般茶餐廳有明顯的差別，看了餐牌，叫了一客日式煙三文魚炒飯。煙三文魚香味相當濃郁，切細粒的煙三文魚個人覺得頗為貼心，易入口，但美中不足的是飯炒得略為過油，食後油膩感充斥，影響成碟炒飯的質素。
