To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

七點多了，肚子咕咕響，總得找個餐廳填肚子。一個人的晚餐，就簡單吃拉麵吧。一風堂，晚餐生意還是不錯的，大概有一半入座率。一個人，被安排在大桌子坐下，背囊塞椅子底下的籃子。然後用電話掃code點食物。最討厭這種落單方式！因為到最後，無法送出點好的菜。原來軟件跟生果手機唔夾。結果還是由店員落單。我點餐時，很多項目已經賣光了。飲品不是免費的，要加小吃才送，好煩！拉麵正常發揮，🥣有點鹹。沒有驚喜，小吃的椰菜份量不多，不過全吃光，也是夠飽的。
