To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

生活已經離不開食元氣壽司啦！食壽司有個好處係唔需要人陪，一個人都可以黎食。一個人放左工無咩特別野做好想食壽司就去左附近既元氣食晚餐。呢間由迴轉壽司轉左做高速列車之後都無食過了。今日就試下啦！叫左啲貴少少既壽司先有海膽、帆立貝、拖羅腩等。海膽今次好鮮甜味，之前食過幾次都麻麻地，之後再叫多兩件黎食，正呀。拖羅腩的油脂味的都ok，帆立貝夠新鮮食落味道都唔錯。而我個人最鐘意食赤蝦，又甜又爽。每間分店的壽司都有差別，呢間算係唔錯。
