To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚自己一個人食，又好想食米線，就黎左出名既雲貴香大食特食。店員既服務態度好好，好有耐性，d坐座坐得又舒服，於是我決定叫豐富d慢慢食，享受下呢個雲南風味。我叫左個雲桂米線60蚊（微辣），超大碗超多配料，有雲耳，大大隻既冬菇，調好哂味既腩肉，炸魚肉卷，差唔多全部都係頂級既水準，味道真係好好，特別係個湯底，唔會太辣，酸酸甜甜咁好開胃。另外我加左墨魚咀（16蚊），好新鮮又大份，好抵食。叫左個小食秘整燒豬頸肉（42蚊），好新鮮多準，完全唔會硬哂咁好彈牙，超級推薦！
