講到最好食既菠蘿包,一定要去茶餐廳食菠蘿油,新鮮出爐熱辣辣菠蘿包配上一塊冰鎮牛油,真心正!不過講到快,當然係麵包店買個菠蘿包啦。今次屋企人買左聖安娜菠蘿包。菠蘿包發得幾靚,外型呈拱形。黃金酥皮只是初階版,薄薄一層,咬落已經唔脆,脆有脆好,唔脆無咁熱氣嘛!掰開麵包密度不算最低,麵包鬆軟。甜度適中,好快就食完。雖然牛油味唔出,但我欣賞麵包夠鬆軟,而且最怕菠蘿包的酥皮太死甜,呢個包唔算太甜,岩岩好,比我想像中出色。
