To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 圍方開幕,好多人都好開心興奮,包括我,作為一個沙田友,見到大圍有個咁大既商場落成,決定同屋企人試下沙田無既美中鴨子,因為呀媽比較鐘意食中國菜。星期六,曾經喺訂座平台訂今日既位,佢accept左,但半個鐘彈我票。好啦,諗住今日拎,我屋企人見到下午十二點,佢又喺訂座平台話可以訂晚上票,我哋又噤左,到四點。佢突然又洗晒d票,我就打電話去問咩事。接電話既女士無乜禮貌,淨係話早上同事噤錯,咁我問幾點可以拎票,佢話答唔到。而家嚟無位。我五點半到,成功親身拎到票,最後差唔多七點入到去。入到去,三個人五樣食物🥘overall 係鴨之外其他都還好,但鴨一嚟到,我哋摸到d面粉皮係硬既,我哋三人各食左一塊,頂唔順,就叫左個侍應問,我哋話塊粉皮又硬又凍,佢答我:我哋呢度d面粉皮係咁,我話OK!呢間野,係失望,同集團既北京樓好食過佢,老實講,我成日食片皮鴨,點會唔知你d粉皮正常會係點,你咁樣耍客,等位系統又混亂,唔會再幫襯~完
