To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

突然想趁閒日有時間，去High 下tea，一路都好想試下Ritz Carlton 既呢間高居臨下既high class lounge.早上先打去BOOK 都有位，但熱門既WINDOW SEAT 就一早無哂。去到個陣，服務員帶左我地去一張最近鋼琴同色士風既位，演奏員又好專業咁不停彈不停吹。講真，個人睇法，俾得咁既價錢，對環境要求比較著重，琴聲好聽還好聽，當太近時，我剩係覺得好嘈，又傾唔到計，所以坐左大概半個中，食食下野都頂唔順，要求轉位，結果竟然轉到去WINDOW SEAT! 真係抵哂其實呢度最值錢係個景，無WINDOW SEAT差好多。講返野食，今次叫左個TEA SET，見到佢D用料都好靚，又有金箔又有燕窩，都算係咁，而D甜品個味好特別，尤其係個紅莓蛋糕，第一次食咁酸既甜品，而個榛子朱古力蛋糕係好甜，不過配埋個伯爵茶，又唔錯。總括而言，WINDOW SEAT係全間野既重點
