Restaurant: Three Virtues Vegetarian Restaurant (Kiu Kwan Mansion)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自己本來在北角區上班,公司有些同事和我一樣都是素食者,都會在2:30後才入座,大、中、小點一律8元。假日都會帶埋阿媽去,佢老人家最鐘意食蝦餃,皮做得不錯,夠韌。我就最鐘意食蘿白絲酥餅,口感鬆化,味道很甜,沒有別家做得比它好。素菜飽也是必點的,裡面有冬菇粒、小棠菜、雪菜,好味。很懷念以前供應過的生煎飽。不過有兩種點心千萬不要點:叉燒餐包及腸粉系列。何解?唔好食囉!餐包有棷漿味,腸粉的粉味怪怪。此外,在下午茶時段有特價炒粉麵,一律$25。不過,不知是不是太受歡迎的關係,分量沒從前的多。個人偏好:腐球湯伊麵、薑粒菇粒炒粄。
