To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日又約咗貴價飲食buddy去食brunch buffet。Brunch buffet好多間都食過，但今次Grand Hyatt嘅Tiffin個Sunday Brunch d嘢都有d特別！平時嘅brunch buffet來來去去都係嗰啲嘢嘅啫，但呢度就有d唔同嘅嘢食！凍海鮮同冷盤就冇咩特別，最好食嘅係自家製嘅煙三文魚，個三文魚好新鮮，又唔會平時果d咁死鹹。之後就到熱嘢，佢居然有白蘆筍俾你任食！碌碌都勁大碌，呢d都係季節性嘅食品！我好鍾意食白蘆筍，所以勁開心！除此之外，佢居然仲有法國蝸牛任食😱，雖然唔係d咩嘢，但真係好少見！湯方面佢都唔戲場，係龍蝦湯，仲要係濃味得來唔會太鹹！再望望側邊d煎鵝肝，好痴線，大舊到一個點！我係要特登揀舊細舊嚟食。除咗出面嘅嘢食之外，蛋類果d就要落order嘅，佢個Egg Benedict係水準之作，流心蛋之如個鬆餅底都係自家整嘅，好食！佢個brunch仲有每人有一隻活龍蝦，可以烚熟佢凍食，香草牛油燒或者芝士焗，咁我哋都揀咗香草牛油燒，新鮮龍蝦果然係唔同肉質好彈牙好鮮味！到甜品啦，其實佢嘅甜品款式唔係好多，得少量cake，自家製雪糕同pancake waffle

到甜品啦，其實佢嘅甜品款式唔係好多，得少量cake，自家製雪糕同pancake waffle。咁自家製雪糕方面，我就試咗呢度最出名嘅鹹蛋肉鬆雪糕，鹹鹹地仲要夾埋啲肉鬆入去，成件事真係完全顛覆咗我對雪糕嘅印象！
