To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚嚟到太古廣場,搵咗呢間餐廳,幾個朋友一齊吹吓水。見到happy hour $68 一杯Cocktail。我們叫左 Whisky Sour, Blue Lagoon, clove season, Mai Tai 等等,我個人略嫌cocktail酒精濃度不高,但勝在容易入口。我們叫左3個小食及一個拼盤:1)和歌山辣子雞翼(唔太辣,但好惹味,還有少少花生可以送酒)2)羊肉串(好味,但送到來時已經唔太熱)3)芝士麻辣肉醬粟米片4)珍寶燒烤拼盤(海鮮好新鮮,我們掛住吹水,即使海洋凍了也覺得好好味)吹水時間過得很快,晚上10:00侍應跟我們說要閂門了,閂門是跟商場時間,我們唯有依依不捨地結帳離開!
