我係星期二嘅時候打電話去預約星期五晚餐~而我亦打過唔少一次嘅電話⋯因為想了解吓關於D區餐廳嘅問題(因為我哋其中食飯有一個人係小朋友)仲有嘅係到咗當天星期五,我有打電話去餐廳度問切餅費事宜⋯我亦都有講到明自己當天約咗過去餐廳食飯😬但居然~當我入座時佢竟然話我冇記錄,仲有係~經理態度都比較惡劣⋯經理竟然問返客人有冇收過SMS嘅confirm Booking⋯我咪答佢,冇收過~之後佢話:咁即係冇同你book啦⋯咁呢度我又唔知邊個嘅錯🙄你哋間餐廳根本上連一句道歉都冇,仲要返問返我⋯唔知邊個嘅錯,仲有我想講:我唔係喺呢一度做~我點知你哋會用SMS去confirm Booking呢?😡呢間野實在令我太失望,仲要係一間酒店裏面做餐廳態度非常惡劣Fan 經理同接待員曾小姐應該再培訓如果唔係因為有小朋友都到咗,我真係唔想幫襯呢一間野!我真係好失望
