To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

油麻地出地鐵站就見到的麵食檔,過了晚飯時間,依然人流不絕,堂食及外賣的人都多,上菜快速,所以人來人往。魚蛋及牛腩是鎮店的食材之一,值得一試。墨魚丸雙併魚蛋米線 加紫菜:清湯底,較清淡,加了魚露及小店的辣椒油,米線及紫菜吸收了湯汁及辣椒香油,特別惹味。魚蛋是純白魚蛋,非油炸過的,魚肉爽彈,帶鮮味。而另一款墨魚丸較特別,裡面有蔥粒。本身喜歡爽一點的麵條質感。這家店烹調的米線較腍。油菜:粉麵沒有蔬菜,額外加配油菜,健康又飽肚。蔬菜很多選擇,如生菜、芥蘭、通菜、菜心。芥蘭新鮮烚起,依然翠綠,不帶苦澀味。
