To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前通常吃譚仔米線都選幾個餸10小辣湯底，這次鼓起勇氣選了重慶酸辣湯底3小辣，只選了豬膶因為不想吃太飽，最後原來豬膶比我想像中多，米線的湯十分香，一開始看見預期中的紅色湯以為吃幾口就會頂唔順，點知出乎意料地適合我的口味，只是麻不是太辣，撇開辣油那個湯我都飲左好幾啖，小小酸加上好香，連朋友都忍唔住攞我d湯去撈佢碗清湯米線，我諗之後吃譚仔我都會選這個湯底！30一大碗好抵吃！天氣凍應該更過癮。
