今晚同朋友仔一嚐😋「黯然銷魂飯」,超厚切叉燒配上燶邊蛋、紫洋蔥、豬油撈飯,套餐配以湯、精美小菜同甜品。黯然銷魂飯叉燒超厚切,據說黯然銷魂飯的叉燒是需要燒兩次,才有燶邊又焦香的效果,真係好花心機時間🤩叉燒肉質入口軟腍又鬆化。建議吃法,先移開叉燒及菜、篤穿蛋黃與熱飯拌勻,令每粒飯皆裹滿了燒豬油及蛋汁,即可品嚐。每粒飯充滿醬油香,每一啖都有豬油香氣油潤口感,又有爽脆蔥油嘅感覺,極之邪惡!一個湯碗這麼大的飯,我居然能吃得哂😂雖然好邪惡,偶爾吃一次也不過份😋花雕醉雞卷這個涼拌也好花功夫,師傅用新鮮雞脾肉去骨,再卷成一個雞胸卷,用花雕酒藥材浸製一段時間蒸熟,入口酒香味濃郁,肉質口感鮮嫩。宮廷掛綠蝦球新鮮爽口嘅蝦球,入口彈牙,配以翠綠爽脆的青豆。松茸百合燉豬腱燉湯好清甜,清澈唔油大理石椰汁糕x千絲奶皇酥以輕巧甜品作完結,椰汁糕賣相精緻,入口香滑;千絲奶皇酥入口好酥脆,外脆內軟。
